Real World Chinese makes the application process easy. All you have to do is a few easy steps before coming to China whilst we do the rest of the running around for you!
But before applying, please pay attention to the following:
Real World Chinese Programs are open to all students worldwide provided they are:
- 18 years old or above
- In good health
- A high school graduate

Application Procedures
1 - Registration. The first step needed to sign up for any course offered by Real World Chinese is
to fill out the online application form. The information requested in this form is needed to sign up our students at the university, for their accommodation, to book travel insurance, etc. and will only be used for purposes related to the service offered by Real World Chinese
2 - Deposit.
Within 24 hours of receiving your registration you will receive a response from Sinowest confirming that we are processing your request. The next step after receiving our confirmation is to pay the application fee 100 USD and initial deposit of 200 USD to secure a place in any of our programs (this can be paid by PayPal, credit card, bank transfer or check). Click here to see the Payment Information. Please email your passport photocopy and one passport sized photo to admissions@realworldchinese.com, or fax it to 1-604-800-0271.
3- Confirmation. We will confirm the enrollment and reserve accommodation for you after we receive the $100 application fee, $200 deposit and required documents. Depending on universities, it takes about 2-4 weeks for the universities to issue the original admission letter and JW202 form for your visa application. For language school Programs, it takes 2 business days to issue the letter of acceptance and invitation letter.
4- Enrollment. We will email you the photocopy of admission letter, invitation letter or JW202 form for your visa application. Also we will inform you how much the balance payment is. You are required to pay the balance before the enrollment deadline. The payment methods could be wire transfer, money order, or check. If you prefer to pay it by PayPal or credit card, please add a 3% extra amount to the total. This 3% amount will be used to cover the bank charges and is not refundable.
5- Visa. Our on site staff will send the original admission letter and JW202 form for your visa application after we receive your balance payment, as well as an pre-departure information package including China map, insurance info, excursion arranged, etc. You can apply for a visa at your nearest Chinese embassy or consulate. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to get Chinese visa.
6- Departure. Please inform us of your flight info so our on site staff can arrange your airport pick up. Please bring 4 passport size photos and your insurance information when you arrive in China. The detailed info about the accommodation will be provided 1-2 weeks before your arrival.
